This helmet is fully wearable, standard size is right at 23" which is pretty standard for most people. if you need it scaled up or down a bit just let me know and I can make the adjustments. if you plan to wear this to a con or some kind of event, you may want to add a little EVA foam or something similar to the inside just for a little added comfort.
